It has approximately 300 single malt scotches. Many are private imports, cask strength, from extinct distillers or non-chill filtered. The owner is Ian Innes, an expatriate Scot with a remarkably tasteful hobby. Ian hosts periodic malt tastings in this cosy "local" near the old Scarborough border.
