The first still on the tour went to Dailuaine :

Remarks : A rare chance to visit Dailuaine, Benrinnes, Speyburn and a special tour and nosing at The Macallan.

The first still to visit was Dailuaine, it's not a big still, and there is no special atmosphere. Even though we were like two small school boys when visiting this still. And Ian Millar could tell us alot about this still. Most of the Dailuaine goes into Johnnie Walker blends as you might know.

When you come to MacAllan after been on the smaller stills it is VERY obvious to se, that they are used to tourist's and the visitor / shop says it all.
The size of the still indicates that this is the third biggest selling malt (Glenfiddich and Glenmorangie are above.)

Speyburn still has some of the old original buildings (Floor Malting) but they are no longer in use. But funny to se.
