Preludium:01 - The First Few Drops is the initial variety in our Mackmyra Preludium range. It is a young, limited release from the very first distillations of Swedish malt whisky. It includes both the first casks from our pilot distillery (in operation 1999-2002) and the first casks from our current distillery (opened in October 2002). In other words, these are the very first drops of Swedish malt whisky.

Preludium:01 sold out in only a few hours when it was released in Systembolaget’s stores on 6 March 2006 (4,000 bottles).
