Notes from Glenturret : Appearance: Amber, with tawny lights Aroma (straight): Sweet and lightly cereal to start - Kellogg's Frosties. After a while the cereal notes fade, to be replaced by soft fudge and light sherry. Aroma (dilute): Open, fresh and mellow. Haylike to start, becoming deeper and more complex: porridge and cream came to mind. Remains lightly sherried. Flavour: Well-balanced primary tastes sweet, with some fresh acidity and a dry finish. |
