The nose is light and well-balanced. There are notes of honey and sultanas, a mixed peel character and a very subtle sherry note, just a hint of fruit. The palate is medium-bodied and smooth, there are notes of winter spice and honey, a gentle mixed peel note and caramel. The finish is of medium-length with notes of spice and oak.
